225 West 17 Presentation Party
On Wednesday, May 10th, at the New York showroom, GD Arredamenti is proud to host the presentation party of the luxury condominium at 225 West 17 Street in the heart Chelsea in Manhattan.
The originally 6-story building, dated 1912, has been fully revived and renovated under the direction of Rogers Partners Architects and OTL Enterprises. The new 14 private residences at 225 West 17 Street, will feature spacious floors, over 2,500 sqf and exquisite interior details designed by the Neal Beckstedt Studio.
GD Arredamenti worked with these firms to develop a bespoke kitchen and bathroom vanity with a custom made product .
The launch will be the hosted Ryan Serhant and Bryan Atienza of Nest Seekers International here at our Flagship Showroom in New York.
