Work is carried out in two main phases:
Early stages
1. General assessment and defining objectives
For GD Arredamenti, it is of crucial importance to understand customers and their requirements. On the basis of our design and production expertise, we propose the best solutions that take into account quality and pricing. The GD Arredamenti team is on hand to assist customers at its company headquarters and in its showrooms throughout the world. The team can also be contacted over the phone during the project development phases.
2. Preliminary design and specific assessments
Once the objectives have been defined, the GD Arredamenti team, based on the layout available and any specific features, develop a preliminary design that satisfies the customer’s requirements and that can provide a quote for how much the turnkey solution will cost.
During this phase, the customer can make any changes they want to, whether they refer to aesthetics, pricing or technical features.
3. Draft designs and defining materials
Once the preliminary phase has been approved, mainly dedicated to the project’s construction and technical aspects, the GD Arredamenti team goes on to develop the interior design using a concept that has been defined together with the customer. Hand-drawn sketches and example photographs are the starting point to define even the smallest details, allowing an overall view of the final design to be created very quickly.
4. Choosing furnishings from partner suppliers
Thanks to its consolidated network of business partnerships, GD Arredamenti is able to develop turnkey solutions, benefiting from the specialized expertise of Italy’s most famous companies. This guarantees that flooring, cladding, window and door frames, etc. are made from the best materials and have incredibly high quality aesthetics.
GD Arredamenti is also able to design and have furnishing accessories made that are not strictly limited to its own production, in addition to accessory items such as ceramics, lamps, curtains, rugs, etc.
5. Development of photorealistic rendering
The initial phases, which created an overall definition of the turnkey design, are now simulated using photorealistic rendering. This allows the customer to better see how the design will look once completed.
This is the final phase before production, meaning it is still possible to make some changes to the design.

6. Technical working drawings (start of production)
Once the preliminary phase is complete and the design has been approved, the GD Arredamenti team begins developing the technical drawings to be used for both production and the subsequent assembly.
7. Logistics assessment for transport and the assembly
While building the project, the GD Arredamenti team is already able to plan the subsequent transport of the goods, taking responsibility for logistics and administrative issues: certificates of origin, customs documentation and technical paperwork for transport and on-site assembly.
